Pegasus Care’s ethos is to empower each individual to maintain existing contacts with the community and to explore new opportunities for growth and development.
The aim of the service is to provide community, work and social opportunities for adults with learning disabilities through a person centred approach. Activities are encouraged on an individual and group basis and pathways to employment are encouraged. Thus, promoting feelings of self-respect, individual worth and the ability to co-operate and work with others, leading to greater self-confidence and independence.
