Residential
When the decision is made that residential support is required, Pegasus care staff will meet with the individual to carry out a comprehensive assessment of needs to ensure that the right placement can be found.
Pegasus residential care home has twelve large rooms that are all fully wheelchair accessible, each with their own en-suite wet room. When admitted to the home, service users are encouraged to personalise their rooms and be part of the local community. Day trips and holidays can also be arranged depending on the service user’s hobbies and interests.
The home has a spacious lounge, dinning and sitting room areas along with a well-equipped kitchen, where people can get together . All areas within in the home are fully accessible for all service users family and friends. You’ll often find our daily Oomph! exercise classes or activities happening in the living area – or we might be outside, making the most of our garden.
Our large, secure garden has a seating area, planted spaces and raised beds where our residents and staff grow fruit and vegetables. We also have our own pets including a rabbit, all of which are looked after and enjoyed by the residents.
